Custom OfflineTV Arcade Booth Installation at TwitchCon

Here’s a look at the planning and execution steps involved in the construction of a custom trade show exhibit which was installed at TwitchCon in San Diego.

This was a 6-week project.

PLANNING

Our client – online social entertainment group OfflineTV – was looking into showcasing 2 games at TwitchCon in San Diego from Friday, October 7th to Sunday, October 9th 2022. Their idea was to create an Arcade booth with 2 areas, allowing visitors to try each game. Our customer provided us with the design – see below.

BUILD AND INSTALLATION

We handled transportation, onsite construction and breakdown.

The booth was divided in two areas and included walls, lighting and flooring. Using our client’s blueprint, our team of engineers and craftsmen custom built and printed everything at our custom shop in Los Angeles.

Walls as high as 16ft were built with various materials such as luan, mdr and plywood. Printing and decals were then used to create the graphic designs.
Flooring was made of colorful custom printed carpets.
The extensive lighting installation featured custom tube structures made of Neon flex as well as neon signs and backlit signs for the OfflineTV and Arcade logos.

Our team transported everything to San Diego before the expo and assembled everything on location.

As you can see on the pictures below, this cool and fun booth proved to be a hit with visitors, which is what a custom exhibit is about.
