Custom Booth for Viasat at AAAA Summit 2025 in Nashville

Here’s a look at a trade show exhibit booth we custom built and installed for Viasat at AAAA Summit 2025 in Nashville.

Bringing together military leaders, defense contractors, technology innovators, the Army Aviation Mission Solutions Summit was taking place from Wednesday May 14, to Thursday May 16, 2025 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

PLANNING

Based in Carlsbad, California, our client Viasat is global communications company providing high-speed satellite broadband services and secure networking systems across military and commercial markets.

We worked closely with the Viasat team to design a booth that brought their brand to life with a theme inspired by the interior of an aircraft—highlighting their role in in-flight connectivity. The space was planned to be both engaging and educational, blending client-provided assets with custom-designed graphics that emphasized Viasat’s innovation. Every element was crafted to immerse visitors in the experience while clearly showcasing their services and global
impact.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY BOOTH

To bring Viasat’s AAAA Summit booth to life, we built a range of custom elements tailored to both function and brand experience. A custom-designed carpet set the tone, covering the full 30′ x 60′ footprint and adding a colorful foundation. We utilized sustainable B-Matrix framing to support printed SEG fabric walls, ensuring both durability and premium visual quality. For interactivity, we crafted a lifesize immersive foam phone photo op—a playful and memorable centerpiece for fans. Additional details included ultra board-mounted graphics throughout the space, offering sturdy, clean visuals for branding and wayfinding.

Each asset was designed to reflect Viasat’s colorful, energetic identity while supporting high foot traffic and constant engagement. Everything, from strategic asset placement to lifesize foam phone photo ops and themed decor, was crafted to create an immersive, engaging environment true to the playful and interactive spirit of Viasat’s brand.

EXHIBIT INSTALLATION

Everything was custom built at our Los Angeles headquarters, professionally delivered and installed by our team at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

The booth featured a modular build for maximum portability and efficiency. Wall sections were precisely aligned during setup to replicate the curved contours of an aircraft’s interior and exterior. Every element was designed to fit neatly into custom-built crates for secure transport. The entire booth was fully assembled in just two hours—streamlining both installation and teardown.
