Custom Booth for Spacetek at Space Tech Expo 2025

Here is a custom booth built for Spacetek Technology, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing process analytics. This exhibit was designed to showcase their data monitoring service at Space Tech Expo 2025, which brings together together aerospace engineers, manufacturers and suppliers. It was taking place from Tuesday, June 3rd to Wednesday, June 4th, 2025 at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, California.

Booth Design

We collaborated closely with Spacetek to bring their brand and messaging to life on the show floor. Using a mix of client-provided graphics and our own design expertise, we translated their vision into a booth layout that was both functional and visually compelling. Our approach focused on clean structure and effective engagement: three LED-lit product display stands were created to highlight their semiconductor technology, while a large mounted monitor served as a focal point for digital presentations. We included a welcoming lounge area for in-depth networking and a
branded front desk for guest interactions. All furniture and wall graphics were printed and finished in-house, ensuring the Spacetek logo and identity were seamlessly integrated throughout the space.

Booth Construction

The Spacetek booth was built with a clean, high-tech aesthetic in mind. It featured three LED-lit display stands designed to showcase their products with clarity and focus. Matrix walls were used to mount custom screen-printed fabric graphics, providing structure and brand visibility without adding bulk. A large mounted monitor was installed on the back wall for impactful digital demos, supported by a functional return wall for added depth. We included custom-built event furniture, including a branded front desk, a coffee table, and a coordinated carpeted floor treatment that tied the entire space together visually. Every piece was constructed with the purpose to reflect Spacetek’s precision-driven innovation.

Booth Transportation, Installation and Breakdown

Everything was custom built in our Los Angeles shop, transported to nearby Long Beach, delivered and professionally assembled by our team at the Moscone Center.

The booth was created with modular efficiency in mind—each element was designed for seamless assembly and breakdown. Custom components were precision-fitted to ensure a clean, high-tech aesthetic while allowing for quick setup on-site. All parts were packed in labeled, custom-built crates to streamline logistics and protect sensitive finishes. The organized structure allowed for a fast install and a hassle-free strike after the event.
