Custom Shipping Container Booth for Visit Milwaukee

Here is a modified shipping container installation for Visit Milwaukee at Connect Marketplace which was taking place on August 27-29, 2024 at Baird Center, Milwaukee, WI.

PLANNING

Our client approached us with a concept of their brand and we worked collaboratively to develop a 40’x40′ version of their booth with a two story modified shipping container to complement their existing 20’x20’ beer garden booth design.

CUSTOMIZING THE CONTAINER

We modified a 20 ft shipping container by removing both side walls and installing plexiglass sliding doors with vinyl branding on one side and a drop down deck with an ADA ramp and steel railing on the other side. We added in flooring above the container, fabricated a removable steel staircase for easy transport, and plexiglass steel railing along the perimeter of the second floor to ensure safety. The interior of the container is equipped with custom rods for merchandise display. To complement both the container build out and beer garden, we added in a picnic area with a custom made picnic table and benches as well as two sets of custom branded cornhole boards.

Everything was custom built in our Los Angeles shop, delivered and professionally installed by our team at Baird Center in Milwaukee.
