Custom Booth for RAAN at Expo West 2026

RCS Custom Exhibits designed, fabricated, and installed a custom trade show booth for cotton baby wipes company RAAN at Expo West 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Center, featuring a clean, brand-driven environment built around storytelling, product display, and visual consistency. The booth incorporated a custom cotton wall, showcasing different product stages, illuminated shelving, and fully fabricated pedestals and counters designed to match the brand’s logo, color palette, and overall identity.

TRADE SHOW BOOTH DESIGN

The goal was to create a cohesive, product-focused booth environment that communicates brand storytelling through structured visuals and integrated display systems—while maintaining a clean, premium presentation suited for a high-traffic trade show floor.

The booth was designed to emphasize clarity, brand storytelling, and product hierarchy. The cotton wall graphic was used as a visual anchor to communicate the different stages of the product, while lighting and display elements were positioned to highlight key items.

RCS fabricated all booth components including the cotton graphic wall, illuminated shelving, and custom pedestals. Each element was built to match the brand’s visual identity, with careful attention to color matching, proportions, and finish quality

TRADE SHOW BOOTH DELIVERY / INSTALLATION / BREAKDOWN

All components were transported to the Anaheim Convention Center and installed on-site. RCS completed full assembly, lighting setup, and final detailing to ensure a seamless, show-ready booth environment for the 3-day event.

It was dismantled following the 3-day Expo West event. Modular booth components have the potential to be reused for future activations.
