Custom Trade Show Booth for TriOrb At FABTECH 2026
Here is a custom trade show booth we built and installed for TriOrb at FABTECH 2026 which was taking place from October 21 to October 23, 2026 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.
BOOTH OBJECTIVES
Our client, TriOrb, is a Japanese robotics startup specializing in autonomous mobility. Founded in 2023, they develop ball-driven, omnidirectional mobile robots to redefine mobility on the factory floor and to transform fixed production systems.
The goal was to deliver a large-scale, reusable trade show booth designed to showcase Triorb’s 800 kg autonomous robots payload. It should reflect Triorb’s modern design philosophy while maximizing product visibility, customer engagement, and long-term return on investment through a timeless, modular exhibit system that could be reused for future activations.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
The exhibit was developed around Triorb’s omnidirectional mobile robots, emphasizing openness and premium product visibility. The booth was positioned to encourage product interaction while maintaining clear sightlines throughout the booth.
RCS fabricated a comprehensive modular exhibit system featuring custom base walls, BeMatrix frames, branded graphics, custom counters, integrated media components, rental furniture. The construction prioritized durability and repeatability, allowing components to withstand multiple installations while maintaining showroom-quality finishes. The Booth included: BeMatrix frames, 65”TV, Welcome Desk, Conversation area, open floor plan for product demonstration, Lighting, carpet, SEG fabrics, Vinyl graphics.

LOGISTICS
Installation: The booth was delivered at the Las Vegas trade show, installed and dismantled by our team.
Storage: We also provide storage for this booth at our warehouse for future expos.
BUDGET & TIMELINE
Pricing: All inclusive pricing provided a hassle-free experience for our client, including design, construction, transportation, installation, dismantling and storage.
Timeline: Design and construction took 16 days, from September 30th to October 15th. The booth was installed at the Las Vegas convention center on October 19th. It was dismantled on October 24th, then transported back to our headquarters for storage.
