Custom Booth for Monte Carlo at Snowflake Summit 2025

Here is a custom booth built for Monte Carlo, a leader in data observability. Designed in partnership with The Studio of Possible, it was created to showcase their data monitoring service at Snowflake Summit 2025 which was taking place from June 2nd to June 5th, 2025 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.

Booth Design

Working closely with Monte Carlo and The Studio of Possible, our mission was to bring their café-inspired booth vision to life. From initial concept to final layout, the focus was on creating a welcoming space that reflected Monte Carlo’s approachable, data-driven brand. Together, we developed a design that felt familiar and inviting—turning their complex tools into an experience that was warm, engaging, and easy to explore. Through thoughtful collaboration, we helped transform their creative direction into a fully realized booth that resonated with attendees.

Booth Construction

The booth structure utilized our modular B-matrix rental frames as the backbone, allowing for fast, secure assembly while giving us the flexibility to add custom flair. Wall-mounted LED panels, stylish seating, and cool wood-textured surfaces helped create a contemporary café feel. A trade show hanging sign and custom neon-lit Monte Carlo sign added bold visibility, while a branded “menu board” cleverly outlined product features as if they were daily specials. Additional café-style tables and lounge furniture offered attendees a comfortable place to engage with team members, demo the product, or relax. LED strip lighting, accent frames, and clean typography elevated the visual consistency and modernized the theme, blending approachability with high-tech polish.

Booth Transportation, Installation and Breakdown

Everything was custom built in our Los Angeles shop, transported to San Francisco, delivered and professionally assembled by our team at the Moscone Center.

Thanks to our modular B-matrix framing system, the booth was built quickly and efficiently. Walls and graphic panels were pre-assembled and packed into custom rolling crates, allowing our team to complete installation in under four hours. The custom furnishings and signage were pre-tested for durability and aesthetic cohesion, ensuring a seamless onsite experience and effortless teardown.
