Custom Booth for Core Solutions at NatCon 2023

Here is a custom exhibit booth we built and installed for EHR company Core Solutions at Natcon23 in Los Angeles, California.

A premier conference about mental health and substance use treatments, Momentum NatCon 2023 was taking place from Monday, May 1st to Wednesday, May 3rd 2023 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, DTLA.

DESIGN

Based on a rendering of an old Core Solutions tradeshow booth designs, this updated version was designed to be more modern and engaging. To achieve this, curved walls and low signage were used, providing the comfortable feeling of being in a room.

The creation and finalization of the designs, working in collaboration with Core Solutions, took a little over 1 month.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY

The booth was made from Luan and plywood bent around curved frames.  All of the seams were covered in bonds and sanded smooth.  The whole structure was then painted in a high gloss paint to give the vinyl maximum adhesion.  Once on site all of the walls were covered in vividly printed vinyl.  The hanging sign was a 10’ wide by 3’ tall fabric sign on an aluminum frame.  It was internally lit by 12 LED corn lights to provide a crisp and bright beacon to the booth.  The booth was outfitted with very modern and clean rental barstools and glass tables.

Construction of everything took about a month.

INSTALLATION

Our team transported everything from our  warehouse to the nearby Los Angeles Convention Center. We professionally installed the exhibit on location and also handled breakdown.
