Here’s a look at a trade show exhibit booth we custom built and installed for RAAN at Natural Products Expo West 2025 in Anaheim, California.
Organized by Informa Markets, Natural Products Expo West is a leading trade show for the natural, organic, and healthy products industry which was taking place from Tuesday, March 4 to Friday, March 7, 2025 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
PLANNING
Our client, the creators of the first 100% cotton wet wipe, needed an exhibit that would seamlessly communicate their brand’s values visually and emotionally with a concept rooted in nature, simplicity and immersion.
We used various-sized pedestals, a cotton-inspired display desk, and real cotton trees sourced from RAAN’s own supply chain to create an experience that was not only informational but emotionally resonant and immersive.
BUILDING THE DISPLAY BOOTH
The booth was thoughtfully designed to reflect RAAN’s clean and calming brand identity. It featured elevated product displays with custom pedestals, a sky-blue standing desk, and a striking cotton tree wall encased in clear acrylic. The space was finished with sustainable cork flooring, brand-aligned colors accented by touches of red, and a dedicated wall showcasing RAAN’s product line. Logo placements across furnishings tied everything together, creating a cohesive, eco-conscious environment that embodied the brand’s values.
EXHIBIT INSTALLATION
Everything was built to be modular and efficient, with walls designed for quick setup and teardown. The entire booth was packed into custom rental shipping containers designed in-house, ensuring safe and organized transport. Our team managed every step—from design and fabrication to delivery, installation at the Anaheim Convention Center, and dismantle—allowing RAAN to focus fully on their event presence
