Trade Show Booth for Visit Milwaukee at PCMA 2024

Here’s a look at a trade show booth we custom built and installed for Visit Milwaukee at PCMA 2024.

Bringing together business events professionals and community leaders, the Convening Leaders conference was taking place from Sunday, January 7th, to Wednesday, January 10th, 2024, at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA.

PLANNING

Our client, Visit Milwaukee, wanted to create a fun, casual booth to attract business and conventions. They chose an outdoorsy theme representing the activities the Wisconsin city has to offer, most particularly its popular brewery scene.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY

The 15’ x 15’ booth included:

a branded neon sign that doubles as storage sitting on top of a custom branded carpet.
a lighted printed SEG wall featuring the Milwaukee convention center.
four columns in brand colors designed to hold two monitors and cafe lights to give the booth a familiar beer garden feel.
a custom fabricated desk.
cocktail tables with branded umbrellas and stools.
a brochure holder.

INSTALLATION

Everything was built in our Los Angeles shop, transported and professionally installed by our team at the San Diego Convention Center. We also handled breakdown.
