Taking place from May 13 to May 15, 2026 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center, ABC Kids Expo is North America’s leading trade show for the baby and juvenile products industry, connecting top brands with retailers, distributors, and industry professionals.

RCS Custom Exhibits fabricated and installed one of its largest custom trade show environments for BabyBjörn—a 30-foot by 60-foot modular exhibit engineered for repeated use across multiple trade shows
and product launches. The booth was designed to showcase BabyBjörn’s premium product line through clean Scandinavian-inspired architecture, custom retail displays, product demonstration areas, and elevated
branding, creating a timeless exhibit system built for years of future activations.

TRADE SHOW BOOTH DESIGN

Our client needed a large-scale, reusable modular trade show booth that reflects their modern design philosophy while maximizing product visibility, customer engagement, and long-term return on investment. BabyBjörn is recognized worldwide for combining thoughtful design with functionality.

This exhibit was planned to extend that philosophy into a physical environment, creating a clean, inviting space that highlights the brand’s product line while reinforcing its reputation for quality, simplicity, and innovation. It was developed around BabyBjörn’s minimalist brand identity, emphasizing openness, soft architectural forms, and premium retail presentation. Every display was positioned to encourage product
interaction while maintaining clear sightlines throughout the booth.

CUSTOM EXHIBIT BUILD

RCS fabricated a comprehensive modular exhibit system featuring custom walls, branded product displays, presentation counters, integrated media components, rental furniture, and a suspended circular hanging
sign. The construction prioritized durability and repeatability, allowing components to withstand multiple installations while maintaining showroom-quality finishes.

TRADE SHOW BOOTH DELIVERY / INSTALLATION / BREAKDOWN

Everything was custom built at our Los Angeles studio. The completed exhibit was transported and professionally installed in Las Vegas by the RCS team, ensuring precise alignment, seamless assembly, and a polished presentation. Complete assembly of the 30′ x 60′ exhibit was done on location, including suspended hanging signage, product displays, mannequins, rental furnishings, and branded environments. Once the expo wrapped, it was professionally dismantled, prepared for storage and future deployments, its modular design maximizing long-term value.
