Custom Booth for Alco Jewelry at Magic Las Vegas 2025

Here’s a look at a trade show exhibit booth we custom built and installed for Alco Jewelry at Magic Las Vegas 2025 in Nevada.

The largest marketplace for trendy, young contemporary, and modern sportswear brands, the expo was taking place from Monday February 10, to Wednesday February 12, 2025 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

PLANNING

Our client, innovative water-resistant jewelry brand Alco Jewelry, needed an exhibit that would seamlessly incorporate their brand’s mission, most particularly water and natural elements.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY BOOTH

We designed a two-part back wall featuring inset shelving with LED underglow lighting for an eye-catching display. The logo was precision-cut into the wall, while the return wall was
naturally carved to hold an LED mirror. The setup was complemented by a custom LED-embedded desk with a mounted acrylic sign. A few aesthetic touches were added to further bring out the natural essence by including flooring, a matching rug, real rock displays and hanging plants.

This eye-catching design earned the client the ‘Best Booth in Accessories’ award.

EXHIBIT INSTALLATION

The entire setup was designed for efficiency and reusability, fitting effortlessly into two custom-built wooden crates on wheels for easy transport. The crates were securely loaded onto trucks, ensuring a smooth and organized delivery from our Los Angeles warehouse to the Las Vegas Convention Center. We professionally installed the exhibit and also handled breakdown.
