Don’t Die Summit consists of a full-day experience exploring the latest breakthroughs in longevity science, cutting-edge therapies, and innovative health technologies. The expo was taking place on Thursday January 16th, 2025 at the Music Box, DTLA.
PLANNING
Don’t Die Summit produced a show for Brian Johnson which included clients from: EXTENSION HEALTH, YOUNG GOOSE, 8 SLEEP, ACORN, FLEXBEAM, BIOHM, iRESTORE, Parasym, Roots by GENETIC ARTS, EVERYDAY DOSE, FilterOptix, filterbaby, NEXT HEALTH, DrPepe.ai and Cell Collabs CLINICAL. Each booth was fully personalized for their brand, based on their vision and requirements.
BUILDING THE DISPLAY BOOTHS
For the Don’t Die event, we collaborated with clients across 14+ booths to create a cohesive and well-organized exhibitor experience. Each booth was designed to align with the event’s
longevity-focused theme, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging. As you can see on the pictures below, these booths came in various designs and setups including branded walls, counters, mirrors, flooring, screens, lighting, event furniture and faux plants.
EXHIBIT INSTALLATION
Our team managed the planning, design, and setup, working closely with each exhibitor to develop functional and visually appealing displays. From custom-built structures to interactive product showcases, we ensured a seamless setup that effectively highlighted each company’s offerings. Through careful coordination and execution, we helped bring the event together in a way that supported both the exhibitors and the overall attendee experience.
All booths were custom built at our Los Angeles headquarters, professionally delivered and assembled by our team at the nearby Music Box. We also handled breakdown.
