Custom Booth for Hoopo at Manifest 2025

Here’s a look at a trade show booth we custom built and installed for Hoopo at Manifest 2025.

Bringing together supply chain and logistics professionals, Hoopo was taking place from Monday, February 10 to Wednesday February 12, 2025, at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, NV .

PLANNING

Our client, logistics tracking solution company Hoopo, wanted to design a sleek, modern booth that captured their brand’s identity through their signature orange and blue color scheme. The goal was to create a space that not only showcased their technology but also provided an engaging and functional experience for visitors. Through careful planning and design, we ensured that every element of the booth aligned with Hoopo’s vision.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY

The booth featured custom shelving units with built-in LED lighting to highlight Hoopo’s products, while a curved short loft with recessed lights added depth and dimension. Above
the shelves, a touchscreen monitor offered an interactive experience for visitors. The desk, designed to resemble a cargo shipping container, added a distinctive industrial touch,
complete with a custom-built cabinet in the back corner for additional storage and functionality. We also provided flooring – a matching blue carpet – as well as stools.

INSTALLATION

To ensure efficiency and convenience, the booth was designed for reusability with a seamless teardown and setup process. All walls were carefully packed onto a separate pallet, while the
furniture was securely stored in a custom-built crate. This strategic approach allowed for easy transportation, storage, and quick assembly, making it a practical solution for future events.

Everything was built in our Los Angeles shop, transported and professionally installed by our team at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. We also handled breakdown.
